Good Hope Initiative (GHIN) is a non government community based organization, it’s a nonprofit making organization, borne out of necessity to supplement government effort, other civil service organizations contributions for improving livelihoods of our people, religious institutions and other local efforts by groups and individuals to ameliorate the living conditions of children. At Good hope Initiative we do cater for children who are disadvantaged. We welome volunteers who wish to participate in different activities with the children. We take on a few volunteers at a go. Currently we need volunteers to help with some work in the project area We need volunteers willing to work and be part of a rural setup.

While in the project area, one will be able to experience the gifts of nature. The project area is located in Mubende (district in Uganda). Mubende has many tourist attractions that can only be found here. To the left , is an inset of the famous Nakayima tree. The tree is over 100 years and is sacred to some tribes in Uganda. One of its amazing attributes is the possesion of human like features.
